along the same lines as the savvy savings and scholarship widget is the one you see to your right from juice in the city. to me, this one sounds like it has a little bit higher payout and more cities available.
you simply place the ad (they have three different sizes available) on your blog. when someone comes to visit your blog, the ip address (don't i sound technical? i really know nothing about this stuff) will dictate which city is promoted in the ad they see on your blog. if the person's city isn't targeted, they will see other fun default content.
i have worked with this company when they were "juicebox jungle" and have had nothing but the best experience with them. they are quick to answer my questions and eager to help make this agreement as profitable as possible for me. i can't honestly say i've earned a lot of money this way but i figure every little bit helps.
